The Star Trac Pro upright bike is about as reliable as any of its competitors` offerings and is as comfortable to own as it is to ride.  The Pro bike has 9 preset programs; manual, forest ride, trail blazer, alpine pass, mystery ride, fat burner, custom interval, ¼ mile track or 400 meter track, fitness test.  The pro bike features two heart rate training programs designed to control users workout using a desired heart rate range or a specified heart rate.  The bike is self-powered so there are no messy cords.
