Recumbent bikes are a great addition to any home or commercial gym for a multitude of different reasons. Most conveniently, they tend to have a light unit weight, while still supporting a heavy user weight, which makes them great for several different body types. Another particularly convenient attribute of the recumbent bike is its self-powered option, because it is able to self-generate, it does not require a cable plug-in and can, therefore, be situated and easily moved anywhere in the house or gym.
